- No exchanges OR refunds once item is sold (rest assure that all items will be quality checked before mailing out).
- Elizabeth's Closet will not be responsible for loss via normal mails, as such Registered Mail is recommended. For Registered mail, tracking number will be sent to you via email; you can track your parcel here.
