Terms and Conditions

  • No exchanges OR refunds once item is sold (rest assure that all items will be quality checked before mailing out).
  • Elizabeth's Closet will not be responsible for loss via normal mails, as such Registered Mail is recommended. For Registered mail, tracking number will be sent to you via email; you can track your parcel here.
  • All payments must be made within 24 hours after order confirmation email is received, failing which, order may be cancelled.
